Mini-gathering with the ex-colleagues

Time really flies. Alrdy into my 1^st month with the new company. So far so good though I did have some culture shock when I first joined :S Foreign companies are indeed VERY DIFFERENT from local companies hur~~

To date:-

1)    Not much communication with the 2 bosses yet. Both of them are the ones who interviewed me back then, & they really look stern & hard to approach.

2)    Colleagues seems okay..most of them are married mummies, & that also makes me the 2^nd youngest (if I’m not wrong) within the department (*zi-shuang..kekekekek:p*).

3)    Still a newbie in the department so work load is still manageable.

4)    Leaving work on time everyday :DDDD à MY TOP FAVOURITE!!

Hopefully point 2 & 4 will stay put in years to come. Heeeee ((:

Met up with some of my closest ex-colleagues for dinner yesterday. Supposedly wanted to have Ah Loy Thai, but so SUAY they are closed for a day, Tuesday then resume business :X Sianz ttm…Shaw Tower so lok kok…also dunno which café is nice!! & becos we wanted to have Tom’s Palette for dessert, we are reluctant to leave the place. *huff*

In the end, we tried out Creation Café which sells Italian & Western food. Affordable & taste quite good too. 5 pax with 5 ala-carte mains, 2 sides & 1 set (comes with soup of the day & drink) amount to around S$76 only :) Would rate them 8/10. Worth to try out……

Had a great chat with them & also got myself updated with some of the latest “gossips” happening in my ex-co. Really miss them as my colleagues :’< Shall try my best to meet them as often to keep in touch - gd colleagues are hard to come-by.

PS: Do bring along your student card if you have. 10% discount given for most schools. Even Private ones like SIM, SMa…
