A family can look happy, united or 幸福美满 on the surface/outside, the fact is, it isn't!
there goes the saying "家家有本难念的经".
its tough juggling between the role of a doting husband & a filial son/son-in-law.
its difficult juggling between the role of a caring wife & a filial daughter/daughter-in-law.
not staying together with in-laws/parents doesn't mean that you are not filial; while staying together doesn't means you are the filial ones.
My stand still remains firm & fair - DO NOT stay together with any of your in-laws/parents to avoid any unnecessary conflicts, which I 100% guarantee there will be!!
